Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení optimalizace kinetického profilu tiskové hlavy 3D tiskárny technologie FDM/FFF kartézské konstrukce pomocí funkce Linear Advance obsažené ve firmwaru tiskárny.
Byly vybrány 3 materiály - termoplasty PETG (glykolem modifikovaný polyethylentereftalát), PVA (polyvinylalkohol) a HIPS (houževnatý polystyren).

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to optimize the kinetic profile of the 3D print head using the Linear Advance function included in the firmware for Cartesian FDM/FFF technology. Three thermoplastics materials - PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified), PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol) and HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene) were selected. The optimal printing parameters, such as temperature and retraction speed, were first determined for these materials on the printer and the K-value for the Linear Advance function was identified. The MFI and modulus of elasticity in tension were then determined for each material.
Samples without optimization were produced from these three materials at two printing speeds - 40 mm/s and 120 mm/s. The printer's firmware was then updated and the Linear Advance function was enabled. Samples were then produced with optimization using the identified K-values and the samples for each material and speed were compared.
The printing was carried out on a modified FDM/FFF printer based on commercially available Flashforge Dreamer 2. |
