Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přezkumem literatury, která je zaměřená na problematiku
života s nově založenou kolostomií či ileostomií. Přednostně se práce zabývá tím, co
pacientům nejvíce pomáhá v adaptaci na život se stomií. V první části práce jsou uvedeny informace o stomiích, péči o pacienta před a po založení stomie, stomických pomůckách a také životě stomika. V průzkumné části bylo cílem práce zjistit, co má největší vliv na lepší soužití se stomií. Průzkumná část byla realizována pomocí literární rešerše. |

This bachelor thesis deals with a review of the literature, focused on the issue of life with a newly established colostomy or ileostomy. This bachelor primarily focused on what helps patients most in adapting to life with a stoma. The first part of the thesis contains information about stomas, patient care before and after the establishment of a stoma, stoma aids and also life with a stoma. In the exploratory part, the aim of the thesis was to find out what has the greatest influence on a better coexistence with a stoma. The exploratory part was made with the help of a scoping review. |
