Tato diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním faktorů vztahujících se k akutnímu a plánovanému císařskému řezu. V současné době se jedná o velmi diskutované téma, neboť více než třetina porodů v České republice je tímto způsoben ukončována. V teoretické části této práce je stručně popsána historie, indikace, komplikace, ale také celkové provedení tohoto porodnického operačního výkonu. Dále je zde popsána perioperační péče o matku a o samotného nového jedince. Cílem druhé části této práce bylo průzkumné šetření probíhající ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. |

This thesis deals with the comparison of factors related to acute and planned caesarean section. It is currently a highly debated topic, as more than one third of births in the Czech Republic are terminated by this method. The theoretical part of this thesis briefly describes the history, indications, complications, as well as the overall performance of this obstetric operation. Furthermore, the perioperative care of the mother and the newborn is described. The aim of the second part of this thesis was an exploratory investigation conducted in a selected health care facility. |
