Práce se zabývá tématem astma bronchiale v dětském věku se zaměřením na léčbu, diagnostiku a rizikové faktory rozvoje onemocnění. V práci jsou také vysvětleny základní informace o imunitním systému související s onemocněním. Popsány jsou mechanismy a typy onemocnění astma bronchiale. Uvedeny jsou také detailnější popisy několika studií dokládající podíl rizikových faktorů na rozvoj astma bronchiale. |

In the bachelor thesis is also given the detailed description of several studies that are documenting the important role of the risk factors in the development of asthma bronchiale. |
