Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na reflexi akutní pooperační bolesti prožívané dětským pacientem prostřednictvím tematické kresby. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled pěti nejčastějších chirurgických zákroků prováděných u dětských pacientů, charakteristiku akutní pooperační bolesti a metody využívané pro její hodnocení. Dále diagnostické možnosti dětské kresby a přehled psychologie a významů symbolů a barev. Základní prvkem praktické části je pilotní studie obnášející tematické kresby akutní pooperační bolesti a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Stěžejním cílem byla obsahová analýza tematické kresby z pohledu použitých symbolů a barev. Získaná data byla analyzována, vyvozena v závěrech cílů, konfrontována s odbornou literaturou, doplněna o zjištěné limity práce a doporučení pro následné možnosti rozšíření průzkumu. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the reflection of acute postoperative pain experienced by a child patient through a thematic drawing. The theoretical part contains an overview of the five most common surgical procedures performed in pediatric patients, characteristics of acute postoperative pain, methods used for its evaluation, diagnostic options of children's drawing and an overview of psychology and meanings of symbols and colors. The basic element of the practical part is a pilot study involving thematic drawings of acute postoperative pain and a semi-structured interview. The main goal was the content analysis of the thematic drawing from the point of view of the used symbols and colors. The obtained data were analyzed, derived in the conclusions of the objectives, confronted with the literature, supplemented by the identified work limits and recommendations for the subsequent possibilities of expanding the survey. |
