Náplní diplomové práce je analýza silic kořene chrpovníku lopuchového. Teoretická část je zaměřena na chrpovník lopuchový, zejména na jeho výskyt, vlastnosti, využití a chemické složení. Další část práce je věnována kapitolám o esenciálních olejích a metodách izolace a analýzy těkavých složek.
V experimentální části diplomové práce byla provedena izolace těkavých látek z kořene chrpovníku lopuchového pomocí vybraných metod, konkrétně se jednalo o hydrodestilaci a mikroextrakci tuhou fází. Vzorky byly analyzovány pomocí plynové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí (GC/MS) a plynové chromatografie s plamenovým ionizačním detektorem (GC/FID). Na základě výsledků měření analýz byla provedena identifikace a stanovení relativního zastoupení jednotlivých složek. |

The content of the thesis is the analysis of volatile compounds of Saussurea costus. The theoretical part is focused on Saussurea costus, especially on its occurrence, properties, use, and chemical composition. The next section of the theoretical part is devoted to chapters not only about essential oils but also about the methods of isolation and the analysis of volatile compounds.
In the experimental part of the thesis, the isolation of volatile compounds from the root of Saussurea costus was conducted. The volatile compounds were isolated by selected methods, specifically by hydrodistillation and solid-phase microextraction. The samples were analysed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry detection (GC/MS), and by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector (GC/FID). Based on the results of measurement, the identification was accomplished and the relative amounts of the individual components were determined. |
