Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá funkcí epidermálních proteinů v integritě kožní bariéry. Jedná se o teoretickou část, která zahrnuje základní definici kůže a úlohy epidermálních proteinů. Práce se dále zaměřuje na možnosti analýzy epidermálních proteinů a jejich dysfunkci u různých onemocnění a během procesu stárnutí kůže. |
