Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na detekci bakterií v ranách, především pomocí biosensorů. V úvodu práce jsou popsány akutní a chronické rány a bakterie vyskytující se v ranách. Dále jsou uvedeny všeobecné principy jednotlivých biosensorů. Hlavní část práce podrobně popisuje studie, zabývající se použitím jednotlivých sensorů pro detekci konkrétních mikroorganismů. V závěru jsou porovnány výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých studií. |

Bachelor thesis is focused on the detection of bacteria in the wounds using biosensors. In the introduction of the thesis acute and chronic wounds are described and also bacteria occurring in the wounds are mentioned. The following part describes the general principles of biosensors. The main part of the thesis deals with the using of individual sensors for detection of specific microorganisms. In the end, the advantages and disadvantages of the individual studies are compared. |
