Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části. První pojednává o dané problematice ve Velké Británii, druhá v České republice a třetí část je komparace zjištěných poznatků z obou zemí. První dvě části jsou zaměřeny na historický exkurz v obou zemích, co se týká zacházení s mladistvými pachateli, jaké existují formy trestních opatření a v neposlední řadě včasná intervence a možná preventivní opatření a programy, které mají vést ke snižování kriminality dětí a mladistvých. Poslední část se zabývá komparací zjištěných poznatků z obou zemí. |

The thesis is divided into three parts. The first deals with the issue in the UK, the second on the Czech Republic and the third part is the comparison ascertained findings from both countries. The first two parts are focused on the historical background in both countries, regarding the treatment of juvenile offenders, what are the forms of criminal measures and ultimately early intervention and possible preventive measures and programs that lead to the reduction of child and juvenile delinquency. The last part deals with the comparison ascertained findings from both countries. |
