Tématem bakalářské práce je "Znalosti všeobecných a dětských sester v oblasti ošetřovatelské péče o stomie u novorozenců a kojenců". Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii, fyziologii tenkého a tlustého střeva. Popisuje pojem stomie, dále komplikace, které mohou vzniknout u ileostomie a kolostomie. Dále zmiňuji v teoretické části indikace k založení stomie na tenkém a tlustém střevě. Dále se zabývá pomůckami pro stomiky, výživou stomiků. Závěr teoretické části obsahuje ošetřovatelskou péči o novorozence a kojence se stomií tenkého a tlustého střeva. Výzkumná část zjišťuje pomocí dotazníkového šetření znalosti všeobecných sester v oblasti ošetřování stomie u novorozenců a kojenců. |

The theme of my bachelor´s work is "the knowledge of nurses in the field of nursing care of newborns and infants with a stoma". The theoretical part focuses on anatomy and physiology of the small and large intestines. It explains the meaning of the term 'stoma', complications that stem from stoma and reasons for stoma setting. Furthermore, this thesis introduces stoma aids and nutrition for newborns and infants with a stomas. The final part of theoretical part contains the nursing care of newborns and infants with a stoma. In the research part of the thesis, I examined the level of knowledge of nurses in the field of nursing care of newborns and infants with a stoma using the form of questionnaires. |
