Téma bakalářské práce je Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na Management BOZP a BOZP z hlediska legislativy, v této části jsou mimo jiné přredstaveny orgány státní správy, které kontrolují BOZP. V praktické části práce je představena společnost Ravensburger Karton s. r. o. Další částí je analýza aspektů bezpečnosti práce, zaměřena na výrobní halu lisovny společnosti. Na základě analýzy jsou v závěru uvedené návrhy zlepšení bezpečnosti práce. |

The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is Occupational safety and health in an organization. The thesis is divided into teoretical and practical part. The theoetical part is targeted on Management of BOZP and BOZP in light of legislative, among other things there are presented government administrative authorities that control BOZP. In the practical part, there is presented company Ravensburger s. r. o. In next part, the analysis of aspects of safety of work is targeted on manufacturing hall of a multifunctional hall. Based on the analysis, there are suggestions of improvement of work´s safety listed in conclusion. |
