Bakalářská práce je členěna do dvou kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje teoretickému základu, který má nastínit problematiku onemocnění a vlastního postupu léčby po implantaci vagového nervového stimulátoru, a dále má specifikovat následnou ošetřovatelskou péči. Zjišťuji nové poznatky při léčbě vagovým stimulátorem. Obsahem druhé kapitoly bakalářské práce je výzkumné šetření. Cílem je vyhodnotit získaná data od všeobecných sester, porovnat rozdílnosti v informacích, které mají a které uplatňují při poskytování pooperační ošetřovatelské péče na dvou různých pracovištích a výstupem je edukační materiál pro všeobecné sestry. Tento materiál má sloužit především nově nastupujícím zaměstnancům pro lepší informovanost při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče po implantaci vagového stimulátoru. K naplnění výzkumných cílů byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda výzkumu. |

This Bachelor's thesisis divided into two chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical basis, which is to outline the issues of disease and treatment procedure after the implantation of the nervous vagus stimulator, and specify the subsequent nursing care. I would like to show new ifindings of this procedure. The content of the second chapter of the Bachelor's thesis is a research investigation. The aim is to evaluate the data obtained from the nurses, compare the differences in their information and in their provision of postoperative nursing care at two different hospitals and the final output is the educational material for nurses. This material is targeted to serve primarily to the newly emerging employees for better information in the provision of nursing care after implantation of vagus nerve stimulation. To fulfill the research objectives, the quantitative research method was chosen. |
