dc.description.abstract	Legislativa MZČR a MPSV umožňuje absolventovi oboru zdravotnický asistent pracovat na intenzivních a resuscitačních odděleních pod přímým dohledem zkušené sestry. Bohužel, ale v rámci studia na středních odborných školách nejsou pro tuto ošetřovatelskou péči teoreticky a ani prakticky připravováni. Tento absolvent neví, jak jsou tyto oddělení a práce na nich organizována, jaká je skladba pacientů a jaká je lékařská a ošetřovatelská péče. Absolvent neumí správně vyhodnotit závažnost zdravotního stavu pacienta. Cílem této práce by měl být učební text určený především pro střední zdravotnické školy, který pomůže vyučujícím i studentů získat základní informace o ošetřování nemocného v resuscitační péči. Student, po prostudování tohoto textu, by měl být schopen základní orientace v rámci resuscitační a intenzivní péči, bude schopný zhodnotit jeho zdravotní stav, bude umět získat potřebné informace pro stanovení a následnou realizaci ošetřovatelského procesu (stanovení problémů, ošetřovatelských diagnóz, cílů, plánů, zhodnocení).	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	Legislation Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs allows a graduate in field medical assistant working in intensive and resuscitation department under the direct supervision of an experienced nurse. Unfortunately, however, in the study at secondary vocational schools are not for the nursing care theoretically and practically trained. This graduate does not know how these departments and work on them organized, what is the composition of patients and what is the medical and nursing care. Graduate can not correct evaluate the severity of the patienťs condition. The aim of this work should be learning text designed especially for secondary nursing school to help teachers and students to gain basic information about the treatment of the patient in resuscitation care. A student studying this text should be able to basic orientation within the resuscitation and intensive care, will be able to evaluate his health, will be able to obtain the necessary information for the identification and subsequent implementation of the nursing process (fixing problems, nursing diagnoses, goals, plans, evaluation).	eng
