dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na důležitost motivace v procesu učení. Jsou zde charakterizovány základní pojmy a nejvýznamnější motivační teorie. Práce se dále zabývá motivací v učební činnosti a postoji žáků k jednotlivým předmětům. Cílem praktické části této práce je zmapovat motivaci žáků k učení na ZŠ Řečany nad Labem. Je zde realizován kvantitativní výzkum pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření mezi žáky této školy.	cze

The theoretical part focuses on the importance of motivation in the learning process. There are characterized the most basic concepts and theories of motivation in the theoretical part. The paper focuses on motivation in learning activities and attitudes of students to individual subjects. The aim of the practical part of this work is to explore the motivation of students to learn at school of Řečany nad Labem.
