dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním vyloučením v Ostravě, konkrétně se zaměřuje na některé oblasti, „sociálně vyloučené lokality“ ve Slezské Ostravě, které jsou v porovnání se zbytkem města v mnoha ohledech odlišné a charakteristické svou polohou, obyvateli a podmínkami k životu. Čerpá informace z odborné literatury, obsahuje vlastní úvahy autora, a dále samozřejmě fakta a informace získané terénním výzkumem. Pozornost je věnována jak samotným lokalitám, jejich charakteristikám, specifickým problémům, tak samotným obyvatelům. Dále také pohledu zbytku obyvatel na tyto čtvrtě a lidi v nich žijící. V neposlední řadě pojednává o sociálních a komunitních službách v oblastech.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with social exclusion in Ostrava, more specifically it focuses on some areas, „social segregated localities“ in Silesian Ostrava, which are in comparison with the rest of the city in many regards very different and of a characteristic location, inhabitants and life conditions. The sources of the thesis are comprised of quotations from literature, facts and observational and empirical data from the research and also my own reflections. The thesis gives attention to the segregated localities, their characteristics and specific problems and the inhabitants as well. The issue of the perception of these localities by people from other parts of the city is researched too. Last but not least, the thesis deals with the social and community services in the region.	eng
