dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá případem skupiny BOZ 38, která operovala na počátku uchopení moci komunistickou stranou na území jižní Moravy. Práce detailně na základě archivního výzkumu popisuje utváření skupiny a její činnost, osudy ústředních členů skupiny, její likvidaci, jakož i infiltraci této skupiny orgány Státní bezpečnosti, a následný soudní proces s činiteli skupiny BOZ 38. Záměrem předkládané práce je také pokusit se zodpovědět otázku, zda tzv. skupina BOZ 38 představovala skutečný a dosud nezmapovaný případ třetího odboje, či zda byla tato skupina od samého počátku řízena Státní bezpečností.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis concerned with the case of the group BOZ 38, which operated in the southern Moravia at the time, when the communist party take a power. The thesis is based on archive research and describe in detail the formation and the actions of the group as well as the destines of the central personnes, liquidation of the group, infiltration with the national security and also the judicial process. The purpose of the thesis is to answer the question, if the group BOZ 38 was really the case of the anti-communist resistance or if the group was since the beginning infiltred from the national security.	eng
