dc.description.abstract	Závěrečná práce se zabývá problematikou autority učitele na střední odborné škole. Hledá důvody ztráty nebo naopak získání autority učitele ve škole, klasifikuje druhy autority, pojednává o vztahu kázně studentů k autoritě, zabývá se prostředky k uplatňování autority učitele, jakožto nastiňuje problémy v dané oblasti v současném školství. Zvolenou metodou zkoumání je i dotazník, který se zaměřil na autoritu učitele jednak z pohledu učitele, jednak z pohledu studenta.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The paper inquires into problems of teacher authority at secondary technical school. The aim of this thesis is to find out the reasons that weaken, or in reverse strenghten the authority of teacher at school, and to classify the types of authority of teacher at school, and classify the types of authority, and presents the means of exercise of teacher authority, and describes the problems related to this field that contemporary education handles with. As a research methods was used the questionnaire that investigate the authority both from the view of teacher, and from the view of student.	eng
