dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá přehledem ve vývoji správy města Trutnova v letech 1945-1960 v rámci Trutnovského okresu. Přiblíženy jsou první roky po válce, kdy probíhaly hromadné odsuny obyvatel z města a okresu, formování prvních poválečných národních výborů (komisí) a později národních výborů. Zachyceny jsou zde i změny ve správě města, které probíhaly v návaznosti na reorganizaci správy, a to v rámci zákonů a předpisů platných pro celou tehdejší republiku Československa. Stručně je přiblížena historie města v rámci okresu. Zdůrazněna je správa ve městě, která byla v působnosti místního národního výboru, a to v podřízenosti na okresní národní výbor, kdy oba národní výbory spolu úzce spolupracovaly a společně ve městě úřadovaly.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work describes an overview of the evolution of the governance in Trutnov from 1945-1960 in the Trutnov district. I described first years after the war, when bulk transfers of the population of the city and county took place, and forming the first postwar national committees. I also noted changes in the city administration, which took place in the connection with the reorganization of the government, in terms of laws and regulations applicable to all former Czechoslovak Republic. The history of the town in the district is also foreshadowed. I highlighted the city administration, which was in the territorial scope by the local national committee, in subordination to the district national committee, where both national committees cooperated.	eng
