Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém a smysl organizování a struktury organizace ve středně velkých průmyslových firmách. První kapitoly se zabývají obecným přehledem typů organizačních struktur. Následující část podává základní informace o třech vybraných firmách. U těchto firem analyzuje a porovnává jejich organizační struktury. Největší pozornost je věnována firmě NATE - nápojová technika a.s.. V posledních částech práce hodnotí přínosy a poznatky teorie a praxe, navrhuje případné možné změny v organizaci řízení firmy NATE. V závěru bakalářská práce shrnuje obecně výsledky. |

The bachelor work is focused on the system and purpose of the organising and the structure of organization in medium - sized industrial firms. The introduction deals with types of organizational structures. Basic information about three selected companies is presented in the next part. The organizational structures of these companies are analysed and compared. The gratest attention is focused on the company NATE - nápojová technika joint stock company. In the following parts the contributions and theoretical and practical knowledge are evaluated and some possible changes in the organisation of Nate company management are proposed. In the final part the results of the survey and the study of this issue are generally summarized. |
