Práce se zabývá ověřením tvorby biofilmu v mikrotitračních destičkách spektrofotometrickou metodou za použití čistých kultur arkobakterů. Zaměřuje se na tvorbu biofilmu na různých typech povrchů za různých teplot. Na vzniklých biofilmech se testuje účinek dezinfekčních přípravků a jejich schopnost biofilm odstranit. |
