dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na strukturu, financování, reformu a řízení vysokého školství v České republice. Nejprve je vysvětlena struktura vysokých škol v České republice, dále je pozornost věnovaná financování vysokých škol, na tuto kapitolu navazuje reforma terciárního vzdělávání, ve čtvrté kapitole rozebírá problematiku řízení vysokých škol se zaměřením na vedení lidí a poslední část obsahuje různá doporučení v oblasti řízení vysokých škol.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor work is focused on the structure, financing, reforming and management of terciary education in the Czech Republic. Firstly, this work specifies the main division of universities in the Czech Republic. Secondly, there is characterized the financial structure of terciery education. Additionally, there is described university reforming in detail.
