Práce je ve své teoretické části zaměřena na základní vymezení pojmu nezisková organizace, na typy neziskových organizací, jejich legislativu, poslání, vizi, cíle, funkce, financování a v neposlední řadě hospodaření. Hlavní náplní praktické části je postavení kulturních, sportovních a zájmových organizací ve vztahu k městu Rychnov nad Kněžnou a dále porovnání struktury jednotlivých organizací s městem Lanškroun a vymezení jejich přínosů a nedostatků pro město.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor work's topic is the position of non-profit organizations in relation to local self-government. The focus of the work, in its theoretical part, is on defining the term non- profit organization and on specifying diferrent types of non-profit organizations as well as the way of their functioning with the emphasis on legislature, financing, management, main objectives and visions. Practical part of the work deals with the issue of the position of cultural, sport organizations and interest groups in relation to the town Rychnov nad Kněžnou. It also focuses on the comparison of the structure of the individual organizations with the organizations in the town of Lanškroun. Finally, the benefits and shortcomings of the organizations in relation to the town are described.	eng
