Bakalářská práce s názvem Problematika multikulturního ošetřovatelství v Pardubické krajské nemocnici, a.s. je prací kombinovaného teoreticko-výzkumného charakteru. Cílem je detailní zmapování problematiky sesterské práce v prostředí prudce se proměňujícího demografického složení populace Pardubického kraje. Teoretická část textu poskytuje čtenáři základní informace o problematice multikulturního ošetřovatelství a seznamuje jej se základními pojmy oboru a specifiky sesterského přístupu k pacientům vybraných odlišných národností. Ve výzkumné části práce je zjišťován reálný stav vědomostí nemocničních sester o multikulturním ošetřovatelství s přihlédnutím k rozlišným aspektům práce jednotlivých nemocničních oddělení a sesterských profesních specializací. |

The thesis named Multicultural nursing care in Pardubice hospital is a work of combined theoretical and research charakter. The theoretical part of text aims to provide reader with basic information about problematics and challenges of nursing care in rapidly transforming demografic environment of Pardubice region and gives both basic advice on habits and behaviour of patients with different cultural background as basic adice on specific approach rowards their needs. The research study part of thesis investigates the general knowledge of the multicultural nursing care issues among the nurses of Pardubice hospital and considers differences and specifications of multicultural nursing care in different fields of profesional nursing care specialization. |
