Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu mandatorních výdajů ve vybraných obcích v letech 2005-2007. Práce se člení na dvě hlavní části. První část je teoretická a má 3 kapitoly zaměřené na definování mandatorních výdajů, metodiku výběru obcí a způsob získávání informací. Druhá část je praktická a je zaměřená na vlastní analýzu vybraných mandatorních výdajů dle paragrafů odvětvového členění rozpočtové skladby a zhodnocení těchto výdajů. Práce je završena souhrnem výsledků. |

This bachelor work aims to analyze the mandatory expenses of the selected municipalities within years 2005 - 2007. The work is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part has three main chapters. The consequent analytical character of this work has to give a comprehensible explanation of the term mandatory expenses and secondly provides the methodology of selected municipalities and a way of getting information. The second practical part is based on their own analysis of the selected mandatory expenses according to the paragraphs regarding the sector classification of budget and the evaluation of these expenses. In conclusion, the findings about topic are summarized in outcomes. |
