Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, do jaké míry významné společnosti působící na českém trhu práce prosazují řízení rozmanitosti na svých webových stránkách. Internetové stránky firem bývají často primárním zdrojem informací pro potenciální zaměstnance, partnery či investory. Významným způsobem však také vypovídají o přístupu jednotlivých organizací k různorodosti pracovní síly na základě toho, zda se touto problematikou zabývají či nikoli. Snahou bude nejen srovnat přístupy zvolených společností k řízení rozmanitosti, ale také identifikovat důvody těchto firem pro aplikaci teorie odlišnosti do podnikové praxe. Cílem je rovněž zkoumat vztah mezi předmětem činnosti vybraných organizací a zjištěnými důvody pro zavedení diversity managementu. |

The aim of this diploma work is to find out how big corporations acting on the Czech market use diversity statements on their web pages. Web pages of the companies are usually the primary source of information for employees, partners or investors. But they also make a statement of individual organizations to diversity of the workforce in the significant way just by dealing with this issue or not. The aim will be to compare approaches of chosen companies to diversity management and also to identify the reasons of these corporations for application of theory of diversity. Another aim of this work is to investigate relations between the branch of activity of selected organizations and the recognized reasons for implementation of diversity management. |
