dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Downův syndrom- informovanost ve společnosti a je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část pojednává obecně o tomto onemocnění, zabývá se jeho příčinami, projevy, prenatální diagnostikou, psychologickou problematikou přijetí takto postiženého dítěte. V příloze jsou zahrnuty statistiky výskytu DS u nás i v zahraničí. V praktické části bylo pomocí anonymních dotazníků zjištěno, jaká je informovanost o této vrozené vývojové vadě ve společnosti a jak by se tito lidé pravděpodobně zachovali, jestliže by se takto postižené dítě mělo narodit do jejich rodiny. Cílem výzkumu je také porovnat názory zdravotníků a laické veřejnosti ohledně této problematiky. Dotazník také zahrnuje specifické otázky pro rodiče takto postižených dětí. Výsledkem výzkumu je grafické zpracování získaných dat z dotazníků, jejich rozbor a doporučení, která z toho vyplývají.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of this bachelor thesis is the Down’s syndrome – social awareness, and it is divided in a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part provides a general explanation of this disease, it explains its causes, symptoms, prenatal diagnostics and psychological problem of the social acceptance of a so handicapped child. Enclosed, you can find statistics of the Down’s syndrome occurrence both in the Czech Republic and abroad. In the practical part, there was ascertained by means of anonymous questionnaires, how is the social awareness about this congenital genetic defect, and how the people would act, if such a handicapped child was born in their families. The aim of the research was also to compare opinions of medics and a lay public regarding this problem. The questionnaire also contains specific questions for parents of so handicapped children. A result of the research is a graphics processing of data obtained from questionnaires, their analysis and reccommendations, which result from it.	eng
