dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor několika moderních metod využívaných při vedení podniků a firem, kterými jsou Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, Controlling, Outsourcing a Reengeneering. První část práce obsahuje stručný popis každé metody, způsoby jaké metoda používá k prosazení svého podniku oproti tržní konkurenci a dále je zde popsán stručný popis její implementace. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na kritéria, podle nichž je firma schopna hodnotit, jestli jednotlivé nástroje a metody vedení firmy jsou pro firmu přínosem. Třetí část práce se zabývá konkrétní firmou, která využívá jednu s posuzovaných metod, a hodnotí přínos, který má daný způsob vedení pro tuto firmu.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the analysis of several modern methods used in the management of enterprises and companies, which are Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, Controlling, Outsourcing and Reengeneering.
