Předmětem diplomové práce je souhrnná analýza zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti v ČR. Práce je věnována aspektům nezaměstnanosti z teoretického i praktického pohledu na základní pojmy na trhu práce. Souhrnná analýza ČR zahrnuje období od roku 1989 respektive 1993 do současnosti. Výstupem z provedené analýzy jsou navrhovaná řešení, hospodářsko-politická opatření a odhad budoucího vývoje nezaměstnanosti. |

Graduation thesis deals the summary analysis of unemployment in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is given to aspects of unemployment from the theoretical and practical point of view on the basic conceptions at the employment market. The Czech Republic summary analysis covers the period since 1989 up to now. Suggested solutions, economic and political measures and estimation of the future development of unemployment are presented as results of the performed analysis. |
