dc.description.abstract	Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití metodiky benchmarkingu podle EFNMS v podnicích chemického průmyslu. Obsahově je rozdělena do dvou částí, z nichž první je zpracována na základě rešerše odborné literatury, zatímco druhá prezentuje výsledky kvalitativního šetření ze dvou vybraných podniků. Teoretická část této práce vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti benchmarkingu a údržby, uvádí nejčastěji využívané trendy v údržbě HM a také se zabývá náklady, které se pojí s problematikou údržby. Stěžejní je kapitola zaměřená na rozbor jednotlivých benchmarkingových indikátorů údržby podle EFNMS. Praktická část této práce shrnuje poznatky ze šetření, které proběhlo ve společnosti Paramo a společnosti Synthos Kralupy a bylo prioritně zaměřeno na využití metodiky benchmarkingu podle EFNMS a na přínosy s ní spojené a okrajově zkoumalo, do jaké míry využívají společnosti současné trendy v údržbě HM. Na závěr byly všechny zjištěné informace shrnuty a možnosti této metodiky zhodnoceny.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	Presented thesis deals with possibilities of using benchmarking methodics according to EFNMS in the enterprises of chemical industry. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first one is based on special literature study, whereas the second one presents qualitative research results from two selected enterprises. Theoretical part of this thesis describes the basic terms from benchmarking area and from the maintenance, shows the most frequently using physical assets maintenance trends and also it deals with maintenance costs. The main chapter of theoretical part is focused on analysis of the particular benchmarking maintenance indicators according to EFNMS. Practical part of the thesis summarizes findings from research, which were realized in companies Paramo and Synthos Kralupy and first of all it was focused on using of benchmarking methodics according to EFNMS and on the associated benefits and it was also investigated, how much these companies are using the current physical assets maintenance trends. In conclusion, there were summarized and resumed all found information and possibilities of this methodics were evaluated.	eng
