Dílo popisuje zmizelou tradiční architekturu podorlického regionu, tak jak ji ve své kronice zachytil místní rodák a kronikář Alois Beer. Autor ve své kronice zachytil a důkladně popsal mino jiné i svůj vlastní dům, dále katovnu v Dobrušce, koželužnu v Pulicích, kapli v Deštném v Orl. horách a některé další objekty. Čtenář nalezne v článku důkladný stavebně historický popis včetně technických údajů a kreseb objektů. |
