V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám histopatologickými prediktivními faktory postižení lymfatických uzlin u karcinomu prsu.
V teoretické části se budu zabývat diagnostikou a léčbou karcinomu prsu, významem lymfatické uzliny u karcinomu prsu.
Ve výzkumné části se budu zabývat metodikou, kde budu popisovat charakteristiku souboru, sledované ukazatele, získávání dat, statistiku, výsledky porovnání nálezů v sentinelových a axilárních uzlinách, text doplním o tabulky a grafy. Diskuse pokrývá problematiku predikce postižení lymfatických uzlin, porovnávám dosažené výsledky s literaturou. Závěr obsahuje sumarizaci výstupů práce a doporučení pro praxi. |

In my work I deal with histopathologic factors predictive of lymph nodes in breast cancer.The theoretical part will deal with the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, the importance of lymph nodes in breast cancer.
In the research part will deal with the methodology, which I will describe the characteristics of the file, data collection, statistics, results of a comparison of findings in sentinel and axillary lymph nodes, complementing the text tables and graphs.
The discussion covers issues prediction of lymph nodes, compare the results with the literature. Conclusion contains a summary of work outputs and recommendations for practice |
