dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá sledováním vzniku a vývoje pojmu lidských práv v průběhu dějin v díle křesťanské filosofky Boženy Komárkové. Jsou lidská práva úkolem každé generace a společnosti? Jejich vývoj k dnešní podobě byl ovlivněn reformací, společenskou, hospodářskou a politickou situací v Evropě a osvícenským racionalismem. V první a druhé kapitole se věnuje obcím v dílech antických filosofů, zvláště Platónové a Augustinové obci. Jaká práva zde existovala a jak byla chápana. Třetí kapitola se zabývá problematikou práva v novověku. Jeho současnou situací a následnými změnami jeho významu, na něhož měla velký vliv reformace, která se ukázala jako jeden z určujících faktorů na pojetí práva. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola pojednávají o teologickém vlivu a pravděpodobném zrození pravého pojetí práva s důrazem na biblickou tradici.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with observation of formation and evolution of the concept of human rights in the course of history in the work of a Christian philosopher Božena Komárková. Are human rights a task of each generation and society? Till these days their development has been affected by reformation, social, economic and political situation, as well as enlightenment rationalism in Europe. In the first and the second part, the thesis focuses on the communities in the works of ancient philosophers, especially Plato and Augustine’s communities. How did these communities look like, what rights used to exist there and what they used to mean. The third part deals with the questions of rights in New Age, the current situation of the rights and resulting changes of their meaning, as they have been affected by reformation, which appears to be one of the determining factors in the concept of rights. The fourth and fifth part concerns the theological influence and probable birth of the real concept of rights with an emphasis to biblical tradition.	eng
