dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se společně s vizuálně zpracovanou částí zabývá pojmem pracovní migrace, která je dnes mezi mladými lidmi tolik oblíbena. Konkrétně jsem se zaměřila na Čechy migrující do Nizozemského království, které je přitahováno migranty právě díky své toleranci a prosperitě. Ve vizuální části své práce se zaměřuji porovnáním tří typově odlišných lidí na pojem transnacionální migrace. Práce je založena na terénním výzkumu, studiu příslušné literatury, dlouhodobém pozorování a vlastní zkušenosti.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis together with the visual processing part deals with the term labor migration, which is very popular among young people today. Specifically in my case I have focused on the Czech migrants traveling to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which attract migrants thanks their toleration and prosperity. In the visual part of the thesis I focus on the comparison of three different types of people and on the concept of transnational migration. The thesis is based on a fieldwork, studies of relevant literature, long-term observation and own experience.	eng
