Bakalářská práce má název Kraniocerebrální poranění v přednemocniční péči. V bakalářské práci se zabývám poraněními hlavy a mozku. Práce je dělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií lebky a mozku, vyšetřeními, terapií a komplikacemi. Výzkumnou část jsem zaměřil na statistické zhodnocení kraniocerebrálních poranění na záchranné službě. Metodikou pro výzkumnou část se stala retrospektivní studie, kterou jsem použil u zpracovávání dokumentace z výjezdových karet jedné zdravotnické záchranné služby. Zkoumaný soubor tvořili výjezdové karty z celého roku 2009, které splňovali určená kritéria pro zařazení do souboru. |
