Práce pojednává o chemoterapii u pacientů s kolorektálním karcinomem a o problematice pacientů s touto diagnózou. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána chemoterapie jako taková a kolorektální karcinom. Do praktické části jsem zařadila tři kasuistiky pacientů s touto diagnózou, zaměřila se na jejich aktuální somatické a psychické potíže. Na závěr jsem sestavila návrh standardního ošetřovatelského plánu. |

The dissertation deals with chemotherapy on patiens with colorectal carcinoma and about questions of the nursing care for patiens with this diagnosis. It is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part chemotherapy colorectal carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma are described. I have put in three casuistries of patiens with this diagnose to the practical part. I have focused on the actual somatic and the psychical problems. Finally I have set up the proposal of the standard nursing plan. |
