dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na resuscitaci novorozenců na porodním sále. V teoretické části je popsána adaptace novorozence po porodu, příprava k resuscitaci, postupy resuscitace a nejčastější stavy vyžadující resuscitaci na porodním sále jako je porodní asfyxie, hypoxie, ztížená poporodní adaptace, GBS u matky a zkalená plodová voda. Ve výzkumné části jsou zjišťovány rozdíly v resuscitaci novorozenců v Chrudimské nemocnici a.s. a Pardubické krajské nemocnici a.s.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work is focused on a resuscitation of newborns on the labour ward. In the theoretical part is described the adaption of newborns after the birth, preparation for the resuscitation, procedures of resuscitation and the most frequent situations requiring the resuscitation on the labour ward. For example asphyxia, hypoxia, hard adaption after the birth, mother´s GBS and turbid amniotic fluid. The second part is devoted to the research and investigation of the differences in the newborn´s resuscitations in the hospital in Chrudim and the regional hospital in Pardubice.	eng
