Bakalářská práce patří mezi teoreticko-výzkumné práce. Teoretická část pojednává o vybraných eticko-právních problémech v porodní asistenci. Čtenáři přibližuje etiku, etické normy a jejich aplikaci ve zdravotnické praxi. Dále se zaměřuje na platné zákony a vyhlášky, které tvoří základ právních norem v práci porodní asistentky. Eticko-právní normy se především týkají problematiky regulace fertility a neonatologie. V části výzkumné je pomocí dotazníkové metody interpretován výzkum. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit názory a znalosti porodních asistentek a studentek porodní asistence ve vybrané eticko-právní oblasti. Dílčím cílem bylo motivovat respondentky k dalšímu studiu dané problematiky. |

This bachelor treatise belongs to theoretical and research treatises. The theoretical part deals with some ethical and legal problems connected with midwifery. The ethics, etic standards and their applications in the medical practice are explained to the reader. Moreover, the author focuses on the current valid law and legal regulations which form the basic rules of law for a midwives´ work. Rules of ethics and law preferably concern the fertility regulation and neonatology issues. In the research part the survey is carried out on the base of the questionaire. The main aim of this survey was to find out opinions and knowledge of the midwives and students of this profession in this selected field of ethics and law. The partial objective of the research was to motivate students to further studies of the issue. |
