Title: Collisions of Birts Dates
Authors: Slavík, Jiří
Abstract: The article deals with the possible colliding situations in the case, when a person is
identified only by its name and surname and its date of birth. Real data about people born in
individual years, statistics concerning names and surnames and other relevant information
were gained via Internet pages of MVČR. By collision we understand the occurrence of
a situation, when there is a pair of people, having the same name and surname and being
born in the same year, month and day.

Title: Impact of Air Pollution Fee Rates on Enterprises in the Czech Republic
Authors: Sidorov, Egor; Ritschelová, Iva
Abstract: This article presents the partial results of the most extensive analysis ever made in
the Czech Republic focusing among others at the impact of air pollution fee rates on
enterprises. The authors consider the history as well as the current purposes of the
environmental protection fees system in the Czech Republic. The conclusion is made that air
pollution fees in the Czech Republic at the current level as well as the possible update being
prepared are too low to positively stimulate enterprises to environmentally positive
behaviour.

risk management will be compulsary. This article deals with Solvency II directive, its impacts
on the Czech insurance sector and with temporary state of risk management in the Czech
